A mechanic by trade, his dream has always been to build a dealership that grows the local boating community. You won't find anyone with more passion for boats and boating. He is here everyday to answer questions, solve boat issues, or just show you around! When he is not at the shop he spends his time on the water with his wife and two kids, fishing, cruising or just floating.

Kevin joined his brother at The Boat Shop in 2015. Growing up in Zimbabwe in a boating famly, Kevin has been around boats his whole life. He is an avid hunter and fisherman. His life time of boating experience and knowledge ensures boats are returned to the customer running better than ever before. When Kevin is not at the shop he enjoys being on the water with his wife and two boys. Any time you are at the shop be sure to stop and have a chat!

BJ joined The Boat Shop in 2022 after spending many years in retail sales. BJ has decades of experience in customer service. Anyone local to the Shreveport-Bossier area will remember Davis Big and Tall and, later, Davis Clothing Outdoors. BJ loves being on the water and can be seen standing on the bow of his boat casting away. .

More than just an Office Manager, Sterling has years of experience doing whatever it takes to get things done. Before joining The Boat Shop, Sterling spent many years in the automotive industry. She brings all this experience, and more, to The Boat Shop, keeping everyone in line! Outside of work, Sterling enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Although he is not a big fan of pictures or spotlight, Steven is a master of everything on the boat, from the transom forward. He comes to The Boat Shop with over 20 years of boat rigging experience. When not at the shop, Steven enjoys spending time at his lake camp with his wife and two kids.

Dennis joins The Boat Shop after spending the last several decades as a Service Manager at a local RV Dealership. In his offf time he is either running lines for catfish on Caddo Lake, taking care of his chickens, or his forever growing garden.

Affectionately, known as Cliffy around the shop. He is the ultimate jack of all trades. Whether it is running errands around town or building a custom dash, Cliff can get it done. In his free time, Cliff builds and repairs fishing rods so be sure to stop by and have a chat!
